This is an author I have heard a bit of. She has won tons of awards and lives in Minneapolis. This book has actually sat on my self for at least half a year. I tried to read it once but at the time I couldn't get into it.
The characters are wonderfully crafted. The story got a bit, intense, with some of the romance but it was a good book. I don't think I am going to run right out to get the next books, but I am sure that when I am wandering around the library looking for something to read, the next volume will be on my list of books to read.
