I really hope that this is not the last book in this series but I would not be suprised if it is. This is historical fantasy where the reign of Queen Elizabeth I of England is brought about by the aid of the (classic) fairy court. This is the fourth book in this series and it left me wanting more.
After seemingly books upon books of working up to Elizabeth gaining the thrown, she only gains that with in the last 10 pages of the book.
England, Faries, Mercedes Lackey. Just good books.
