Daughters of the North - Sarah Hall

This was a dystopia type book. The problems of this future world seem like a possible extension of the problems that the world is having now, which perhaps makes this book more relevant to me than some of the older novels of this type. I enjoyed the unfolding of the story and the evolution of the main character. I was unhappy with how the book ended though, it was a long build up and then a sudden "oh its all over now" type ending.
